Unpleasant behaviour, both of the nurse and the doctor, plus phone tapping. Never again.

The doctor is very kind, friendly and helpful. I have been his patient for over 20 years and would not change. He has been very helpful in helping me manage my chronic illness due to his high level of expertise, for which I am very grateful.
