Souš Dam on the Černá Desná River was built between 1911–1915 and serves to supply drinking water to Jablonec nad Nisou and Tanvald, provide flood protection, and generate electricity. The earth dam has been reconstructed twice, most recently in 1971–1974. In addition to its technical use, it also offers opportunities for commercial fish farming and represents a significant element in the landscape.Wikipedia

Interesting place, but the parking fee, even for a 20-minute viewing of True, is 100 CZK. It is a typical price for all-day parking, but when you just want to "take a look" at the dam, which is still a sanitary zone with a no-entry restriction, the amount is really excessive. Even all-day parking is not entirely accurate, as parking is only paid for until midnight. Then another 100 CZK is charged.
