The Church of the Most Holy Trinity in Slaný is a Baroque monument from 1581–1602, originally built as a Protestant church. It stands within the cemetery grounds and is connected to the monastery, now home to the Discalced Carmelites. The church has a complex history, including damage during the Thirty Years' War and fires, and houses a unique Loreto Chapel with the heart of its founder. Fragments of the 1776 organ remain, incorporated into the main altar.
