Vykáň is a picturesque village in the Nymburk district with a rich history dating back to 993, when St. Vojtěch gifted it to the Břevnov Monastery. Located near Český Brod, it offers a peaceful environment with the Church of St. Havla as its main landmark. Today, around 428 people live here, and several associations are active in the village, including a sports club and the fire department.
