Přemyslovice is a municipality in the Prostějov District, Olomouc Region, located approximately sixteen kilometers northwest of Prostějov and 23 kilometers west of Olomouc, with a population of 1218. The municipality extends in the Zábřežská vrchovina hills in the valley of the Přemyslovský potok stream. The village lies along roads no. 366 and to Pěnčín, with Buček and Strážná being its highest points. The village was named after Margrave Přemysl in the 13th century. In 1951, Přemyslovice was assigned to the Prostějov National Committee, and in 1960, the settlement of Štarnov was added to the municipality. The Strážná observation tower was built in 2025. The municipality is accessible by bus from Prostějov, Olomouc, and other towns. It features a football pitch, bowling alley, Sokol house, and gymnasium. The All Saints Parish Church and the Emercin Castle, now in ruins, are located here. Furthermore, there is a windmill dating from 1842 and a chapel of St. Florian and St. Barbara.
