Tyršův dům, originally Michnův palác, is a significant Baroque complex in Prague’s Malá Strana district. Historically used as a noble residence, later a military warehouse, it has been the home of the Czech Sokol Organization since 1921. The palace has undergone many modifications and reconstructions, including a major renovation after World War II. Today it offers sports facilities, offices, and spaces for cultural events such as Deskohraní and Signal festival. The complex was damaged by the 2002 floods and has been partially reconstructed.
