Návarov Castle is located in the village of Návarov, a part of the municipality of Zlatá Olešnice, in the Jablonec nad Nisou district and the Liberec Region. Originally, Návarov Castle stood in this location, which was destroyed in 1644 and its masonry used for the construction of the castle between 1664–1666. The castle, built by Marie Angela Nounkelová, included the Chapel of the Ascension of the Lord. It was damaged in 1775 during a peasant uprising and in 1827 by a fire, but was repaired. The castle was further modified in 1895 and 1925 and from the 1960s served as a recreational center, later rebuilt as a guesthouse. To the north of the castle are the remains of a brewery.
