Hybrálec is a municipality in the Jihlava District, in the Vysočina Region, with a population of 483. Originally named Eberhardsdorf, it likely originated thanks to Eberhard, a Czech mintmaster. The first written mention dates back to 1315, and the municipality lies in the valley of the Smrčenský potok stream, in an area of medieval mining operations where silver was mined for 500 years. It was destroyed in 1458 and restored by the city of Jihlava in the 16th century. It is located 2.5 km northeast of Jihlava and 2.5 km northeast of Plandry. Companies located in the municipality include IT-BOX s.r.o. and others. Road class III no. 03824 and a yellow-marked hiking trail pass through the municipality. The municipality has a seven-member municipal council, and the mayor is Antonín Pokorný. The coat of arms and flag were granted to the municipality in 2008.
