I had two bikes worth 180,000 serviced here. They used the wrong grease on the carbon seatpost and the bike started to creak even more after the service. On the second bike, they incorrectly adjusted the rear derailleur and put the quick link on the chain backwards. Apparently, Max serviced the bikes. After a phone call, they offered for me to bring the bikes back, but I no longer had the time or desire to do so.
