I've never had a worse tripe soup in my life. Thin water with onion and paprika, with two frightened pieces of tripe floating in the entire bowl. Tasteless, without garlic, without marjoram, without thickening. Even an ordinary Masox cube would help it. And I still have to listen to the waiter telling me that I am a bad customer. The only benefit was that I at least warmed up in today's cold weather. But I could have had a grog.
So people beware...

Nice service today, beer for 40,- CZK. Only instead of about six beers on the menu they have only two in the off-season.

Over the holidays, we had the entire taproom, that's six positions fully booked. In January and February, we'll go back to 10° and 11°. It all depends on the number of guests. We don't want to have kegs stacked any longer. Which is more than critical for some of the more expensive international brands. In the wintertime, less is simply more.
